The research intended to understand the effects of social responsibility on the achievement of Green University requirements and is considered a field of study at the University of Mosul. The research utilized the analytical descriptive method, which involved the use of a questionnaire as the primary tool for collecting data pertaining to the field's aspects, the primary and subordinate variables were described, and the connections between influence were assessed, all of which were intended to answer questions pertaining to the study's problems and goals, respectively, and in order to process data and information, statistical methods were used The study has adopted the ready-made statistical software package (AMOS.V24) to test the hypotheses of the study and ensure its validity. Based on the results of the statistical analysis, the research had a number of findings that were of greatest importance, one of these was the significant association between social responsibility and green university at the macro level, which indicates the interest of the researched university. With a level of social responsibility that enables it to promote the green university. In the light of the results of the study, a number of proposals were made, the most important of which was that the university administration should apply an integrated approach to social responsibility at various organizational levels, because it ensures clarity of all the university's work to effectively achieve the goals.
