This research embarks on an exploration of the intricate dynamics underpinning the adoption behavior of digital banking and payment systems within this context. Through a comprehensive analysis of scholarly works, the study unveils the escalating generation of research literature in tandem with the growing significance of digital banking and payments. The culmination of this study lies in the proposed "Behavioral Adoption Influence Framework," which emphasizes the weight analysis-derived factors influencing adoption behavior. Perceived usefulness, trust, ease of use, performance expectations, attitude, customer satisfaction, internal risk, compatibility, habit, and security concerns collectively shape the contours of adoption decisions. This research contributes not only to academic discourse but also extends practical guidance to policymakers, financial institutions, and service providers. By unraveling the factors shaping adoption, stakeholders can tailor strategies to enhance adoption rates and refine service quality, thereby catalyzing inclusive digital transformation.
