Industrial parks, technopolises and industrial areas are one of the important mechanisms for solving the problems related to the development of small and medium enterprises, employment and technological development of industry in all countries.Currently, there are 400 industrial parks in the United States and China, 200 in Germany, 262 in Turkey and about 200 in Vietnam. These areas play a key role in the formation of a modern technological base of production, the introduction of innovations in production processes and the creation of high-capacity products and services. Development through the establishment of industrial parks and industrial zones in the regions, thereby increasing economic potential and resource efficiency, deepening industrial cooperation between large and small industrial enterprises, increasing investment attractiveness in areas with small industrial zones, production of competitive products and employment, particular attention is paid to scientific research on issues of enhancement.Also, the development of innovative approaches to the construction of small industrial zones, conceptual models that fully cover the principles and trends of modern development, the use of these processes as an important support of state economic policy are among the areas of research in this area.
