The current study aimed to identify the administrative empowerment of leaders in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, according to the variable (gender - and job title). The study sample consisted of (100) male and female employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, with (47) male and (53) female employees, selected using a stratified random sampling method. The researcher used the descriptive approach in her study, and to collect data, the researcher adopted the administrative empowerment scale, after collecting the data and processing it statistically using the t-test for one sample, the t-test for two independent samples, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and Cronbach’s alpha, the study reached the following most prominent results: - The presence of administrative empowerment among the administrative leaders in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. - There were no statistically significant differences in administrative empowerment according to gender or job title. The results have been explained in the light of previous studies, the theoretical framework, the specific circumstances of Iraq's environment, and the culture prevailing in Iraqi society.
