This research lies in identifying the effect of a training program to develop time management skills for those charged with administrative investigation among state employees, which helps to identify an important aspect of the psychological aspects that support the efforts of those in charge of the training process to reach higher levels. The researcher noticed through his work as an administrator that many employees are keen to correct performance errors by asking superiors for more training as a result of weakness in time management skills, although most employees emphasize the importance of the psychological aspect at work and its impact on the success of employees’ performance. Through the researcher’s relationship with the employees and when dealing with them, he noticed that most of them suffer from weakness in self-management skills, which affects the employees’ performance.
