THE INVESTIGATION ON THE BEHAVIOURAL ECONOMICS OF DISCOUNTING-A CASE STUDY OF ALLEN SOLLY

Abstract

Introduction: In the study, the investigation on the behavioural economies for discounting in the Allen Solly has been discussed. From the evaluation, it is clear that the discounts and consumers preferences acts positivity for growing the behavioural economics increasing the sales rate of the companies. Literature Review: The past literature is evaluated connected with the behavioural economics to observe the customers decision making process impacted by the discounts on the high end products. Methodology: The primary quantitative method is observed in the study to analyse the view point of 85 participants on the behavioural economics. Findings: The selected respondents are highly qualifies and have better knowledge on the economics and business to answer the survey questionnaire with ease. SPSS analysis shows that the significance value for the validity and regression analysis is below 0.05, showing the high dependency rate on the collected information for enhancing the market share of Allen Solly by evaluating the behavioural economics of the consumers. Discussion: The consumers’ preferences acts positively on designing suitable discounts for influencing the behavioural economics of the buyers on purchasing a good and service. Conclusion: In conclusion, it is observed that Allen Solly needs to improve their discounts for generating productive behavioural economics
